Allanna McAspurn
Allanna was UK General Manager, then CEO of a European Consultancy working with large volume fashion retailers and luxury brands on baselining sustainability performance and setting strategies to improve. She led teams that worked with over 100 high street brands and retailers including Tommy Hilfiger, G-Star, Ted Baker, H&M, Primark, Gucci and Loewe.
Allanna’s work also included crisis and risk management as well as stakeholder engagement at every level of the value chain. Her deep content knowledge of social and environmental issues across the business and supply chain has led to advising at governmental, OECD and UN level. She has also led award winning teams to create new tools for the industry including the MADE-BY wet processing benchmark and MODE-Tracker, a tool which benchmarks a brand’s social and environmental performance across the 8 key areas of social and environmental performance.
Allanna currently works as a Senior Advisor to companies on leadership, sustainability and resilience strategies, this has included being part of a think tank with The Rockefeller Foundation advising VC companies, on ESG and due diligence and continuing to input at governmental and supranational level on sustainability policy.
Allanna has a Masters Degree and studied at IESE Business School, graduating from their Advanced Management Programme in 2014.
She is a Patron and Fellow of the Zoological Society of London, Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Member of the Action Circle of Reuters Foundation and does an Ironman 70.3 triathlon every year.
