Panu Panitchakarn
Lead Process Engineer, Panu, holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and has 8 years experience in advanced recycling industries. Panu leads engineering of our demo plant in Switzerland. Joined in 2023.
Keith Renwick
Finance Manager, Keith, has years of experience in senior finance management positions. He runs our daily finance and corporate structuring activities. Joined in 2021.
Adam Walker
Chief Scientific Officer, Adam, holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry and has 20 years’ experience in the commercialisation of solvent systems for polymers. Adam invented the Worn Again technical concept and has since consulted on scientific developments. He is a Co-founder and Board Member of Worn Again.
Jack Marron
R&D Scientist, Jack, holds a PhD in Chemistry. Initially working as a lab technician, Jack now leads solvent systems development. Joined in 2021.
Luca D. Giovanna
Process Engineer, Luca, holds a MSc in Chemical Engineering. He leads feedstock optimisation & supports engineering scale up projects. Joined in 2023.
Joe Dyson
Laboratory Manager, Joe, holds MPhil in Chemistry and has 10 years experience in lab management. His role is to accelerate delivery at our R&D lab in Nottingham. Joined in 2023.
J. Christopher Lentz
Research Scientist, Chris, holds a PhD in Polymer Chemistry. His primary focus is the development of a commercially viable cellulose process. Joined in 2023.
Mike Schwarz
Director of Operations, Mike, leads our team in Switzerland. His background includes multiple large scale engineering projects and senior leadership positions in industrial operations. Joined in 2022.
Andrew Gooda
Chief Engineer, Andrew, has 30 years experience in the UK chemicals and advanced materials industries. He consults us on transforming R&D results into engineering projects.
Sarah Hurn
Executive Assistant, Sarah, consults on team admin. She has 13 years experience in administration at a senior level.
Atif Awan
Chemical Engineer, Atif, has 15 years experience in chemical process design, process safety and operations. He leads on overall process design activities. Joined in 2020.
Daniel Rytz
Chairman of the Board, Daniel, is Head of Global Strategy & Technology at Sulzer Chemtech. He has 30 years of experience in the chemical’s industry.
Menhild Eyrich
QHSE Manager, Menhild. Has 10 years experience in Quality Management in Pharma and Cosmetics. She is leading our Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental activities at our demo plant in Switzerland. Joined in 2023.
Michael Kininmonth
Textile Engineer. Michael has 48 years practical experience ranging from fibre through to finished product. He was a member of the original team that commercialized TENCELTM Lyocell. He consults us on the cellulosics supply chains. Joined January 2024.
Toby Moss
Director of Business Development, Toby, leads our commercialisation. He works with industry partners that share our values to scale Worn Again’s textile-to-textile solution. Joined in 2022.
Emma Deakin
Lead Technologist, Emma, holds a BSc in Biological Sciences and has 10 years experience in commercial research & lab operations. Emma works across our R&D projects and manages daily lab operations. Joined in 2020.
Joao Talone
Board Member, Joao, is Global Head of Strategy PMO at Sulzer Chemtech & has 13 years’ experience in M&A. Joined in 2019.
Erik Koep
CEO, Erik, has lead & scaled multiple technology companies from start-up to exit. He works to ensure the company has what it needs to transform the Worn Again chemical process into a sustainable, commercial reality. Joined in 2021.
Cyndi Rhoades
Founder of Worn Again, Cyndi, has for 20 years been in the driving seat of textiles circularity. Her extensive network and passion has been crucial to build connections with global retail brands and strategic investors behind our shared vision. Founded Worn Again in 2005.
Lukas Adamek
Board Member, Lukas, is Head of Strategy & Business Development at Oerlikon Polymer Processing. He has 12 years experience in M&A, strategy & BD.
